Will an Intel Compute Stick work without a monitor?

I'd like to use Chrome Remote Access with the Intel Compute Stick. I'd connect the stick to a normal monitor, download Chrome and Chrome Remote Access, and put it on the same network as a laptop with the same things. If I turn the stick on without it being plugged into a monitor, will it still function and connect to WiFi? Then, I could go to Chrome Remote Access on my laptop, and remotely access the stick computer? In order for this to work, perhaps it would need to be able to turn on without a log-in/start-up thing (run headless).

Thanks !

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
