A farfalle dish served with chicken, mushrooms, tomato and peas at the Cheesecake Factory doesn't sound all that bad for you, but it's no easy feat to burn it off.
According to a new assessment by the Center for Science in the Public Interest, this creamy pasta dish adds up to a whopping 2,410 calories, as well as three days' worth (63 grams) of saturated fat.
In order to work off this calorie intake at the gym, you'd have to go on a non-stop five-hour jog.
